Role Summary:

As an FMCG Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring optimal market presence. Your expertise in sales strategy, market expansion, and client relationship management will directly contribute to the brand’s success. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets – Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in the assigned territory.
- Expand Market Presence – Identify recent business opportunities, potential distributors, and retail partners to enhance brand reach.
- Maintain Client Relationships – Build and nurture long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to ensure continued business.
- Ensure Product Availability – Work closely with distributors to maintain optimal stock levels and visibility in stores.
- Implement Sales & Promotional Strategies – Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store activations, promotions, and campaigns.
- Competitor & Market Analysis – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to improve sales strategies.
