About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally credentialed Vice President - Public Policy &
Government Affairs to spearhead our strategic advocacy efforts, shaping
forward-looking regulatory frameworks for the Web3 and crypto industry across
India and global markets.

Reporting directly to the Chief Public Policy Officer, you will lead a




dedicated team of policy professionals and work closely with the executive
management team. You will design and execute 360-degree policy strategies,
drive public-facing advocacy, build strategic alliances, and serve as a crucial
liaison between CoinDCX and regulatory bodies, government entities, and
industry associations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Advocacy & Public Policy:

* Policy Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute proactive, high-impact
policy advocacy strategies to support the sustainable growth of the Web3 and
digital asset ecosystem in India and internationally.
* 360-Degree Advocacy Plans: Collaborate with the Chief Public Policy Officer
and executive leadership to align policy research, external representations,
and internal business objectives.
* Public Policy Communications: Lead the strategy for public-facing policy
artifacts—including white papers, official representations, research reports,
and op
