Position Title: Zonal Head Sales & Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary:

The Zonal Head Sales will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of sales success. The GM Sales will work closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor,



and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and teamwork.
