Senior Manager, EDT Product Manager, Product Lifecycle Management
This Product Manager, Product Lifecycle Management, owns the end-to-end lifecycle of the PLM product portfolio supporting Research and Development and the broader product innovation ecosystem. This role translates customer needs, business goals, and regulatory expectations into a transparent product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes that advance design control, change management, global product data governance, and digital thread capabilities. The Product Manager will operate with a “mini-CEO” mindset—customer-obsessed, data-driven, and accountable for decisions, trade-offs, value realization, adoption, total cost of ownership, and delivery results.

Key responsibilities include:
- Define and execute the global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning business objectives, manufacturing requirements, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
- Serve as the Product Owner and subject matter expert for PTC Windchill,



driving capabilities across product data management, engineering change management, BOM management, document control, workflows, and lifecycle governance.
- Partner with stakeholders across R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Digital Technology to translate business needs into scalable, value-driven PLM solutions.
- Own and prioritize the PLM product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, compliance requirements, and operational priorities to maximize product impact.
- Develop business cases, roadmap recommendations, and delivery plans while driving informed trade-off decisions across scope, timelines, risk, and value realization.
- Establish and maintain governance standards for PLM solution architecture, data quality, configuration management, release management, and platform support in a regulated MedTech environment.
- Ensure PLM capabilities support global compliance
