We are seeking an experienced Group Manager – Bullion Management (Risk Management) to lead the identification, assessment, and management of risks arising from gold and silver price movements. The role will be responsible for minimizing financial exposure, optimizing hedging outcomes, and supporting profitability through effective commodity risk management, market intelligence, and disciplined hedging strategies.
The role requires strong expertise in bullion and commodity markets, derivatives, quantitative risk analysis, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to provide forward-looking insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Commodity Risk Identification & Analysis
- Monitor gold and silver markets, tracking price movements, volatility, market trends, and emerging risks.
- Identify and assess commodity price, supply, liquidity, geopolitical,



and market-related risks.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk assessments to evaluate potential financial exposure.
- Monitor bullion positions and assess their impact on overall business profitability and financial performance.

Hedging Strategy & Execution
- Design, develop, and execute appropriate hedging strategies using futures, forwards, OTC derivatives, options, and swaps.
- Evaluate hedge effectiveness and ensure alignment with business objectives and approved risk parameters.
- Manage Demat and physical commodity delivery processes associated with hedging activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve hedging efficiency while maintaining appropriate risk controls.
- Ensure all hedging activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
