Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement operations, vendor management,



and cost optimization for HVAC systems and components. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, supplier development, and inventory control to support manufacturing and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, and purchase order execution.
- Ensure timely availability of materials required for manufacturing and projects.

Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, develop, and onboard recent vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews and audits.

HVAC Materials Expertise
- Handle procurement of components related to Central Air Conditioning systems, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC accessories.

Cost Control & Negotiation
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.
