Weave is looking for a Product Manager to lead Call Intelligence within the Analytics domain. You will turn call data, transcripts, and AI-generated insights into products that help healthcare practices convert more calls into appointments, improve staff performance, and capture more revenue. You will own strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution while partnering closely with engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams across India and the United States. This is a high-visibility role for a product leader who can combine customer empathy, analytical rigor, technical fluency, and robust execution.

What You Will Own
• Define the product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Call Intelligence.
• Understand how healthcare practices handle inbound calls, appointment conversion, staff coaching, and revenue follow-up.
• Lead discovery with customers, onboarders, sales, support,
and internal teams; convert evidence into clear product decisions.
• Partner with engineering, data, ML, and design to ship reliable analytics and AI-assisted workflows.
• Improve activation, adoption, retention, and customer-perceived value through instrumentation, experiments, and workflow improvements.
• Make technical and product trade-offs across data quality, model quality, integrations, usability, and speed.
• Create alignment across distributed teams through clear written communication, decision records, and outcome-driven planning.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
• 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, analytics, AI/ML, workflow automation, or communications software.
• Demonstrated ownership of customer-facing products from discovery through launch and iteration.
