Role Purpose

To deliver excellent customer service by handling enquiries and registrations across our centres and digital channels, converting enquiries into registrations, and supporting income growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Role Accountabilities

The candidate will deliver an excellent customer experience by handling enquiries, registrations and payments across our centres and digital channels. The role involves building customer relationships,



promoting British Council products and services, converting enquiries into registrations through effective follow-ups, upselling and cross-selling, and supporting daily operations while achieving agreed customer service, conversion and income targets.

Role specific skills, knowledge and experience

The ideal candidate shall have proven experience in customer service and sales, with a good understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques. The candidate shall be customer-focused, self-motivated, results-driven and a quick learner. Experience with CRM systems and working in a multinational, education or hospitality setting would be an advantage.
