Salary upto 10 LPA

Experience -

6 years of Experience in Insurance/Banking/Financial services.

2 years experience in GCL (Preferred)

Qualification:- Graduates / MBA’s

Roles and responsibilities

Planning

• Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster.

• Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster.

• Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each branch in the cluster against identified

targets.

Strengthen relationship with RAPCs of the partner bank.

• Manage and enhance relationship with the RAPCs of the partner banks.

• Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales.

• Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner banks.

• Manage and enhance relationship with internal stakeholders.

Sales growth and cost management

• Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster

• Ensure successful launch of recent products and marketing promotional.





• Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Development Managers and

discuss with Business Development manager on backlog, customer feedback and other

insights from field force.

• Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operation for the cluster.

Customer satisfaction and retention

• Monitor satisfaction of the cluster’s customers through a customer satisfaction index based on

parameters such as customer complaints.

People Management

• Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Development Managers in line with

the overall recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per

the plan.

• Resolve any issues related to the Business Development Managers.

• Ensure Business Development Managers meet their training requirements.

• Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation.

• Regular insurance penetration track, update to Bank teams and Indiafirst Regional team.
