Position
Summary:

We are seeking a high-calibre,
investment-oriented Senior Fixed Income Analyst to join our Investment Team.
The role involves fixed income research, debt market analysis, transaction
execution, and evaluation of investment opportunities across asset classes
including fixed income, REITs & INVITs, structured products, commodities,
and real estate. The candidate will contribute directly to investment decision-making through independent research, market insights, transaction
execution, and portfolio monitoring. Solid understanding of fixed income




instruments such as Bonds, Corporate NCDs, MLDs, REITs & INVITs,
Perpetuals, Subordinated Debt, Preference Shares, G-Secs, and structured credit
products is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze fixed income investment opportunities through
quantitative and qualitative assessment, supporting risk-reward based
investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, valuation models, and investment
trackers.
• Negotiate pricing, yields, structures, and transaction terms with market
participants.
• Review term sheets and thoroughly assess IM’s, transaction structures, and
legal documentation prior to execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk parameters.
• Liaise with brokers, bankers, arrangers, and counterparties
for debt transaction sourcing and execution, while coordinating s
