Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Skilled to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, selling life and general insurance products, and expanding the distribution network through the onboarding and management of POSPs (Point of Sales Persons) and insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Sell Life Insurance and General Insurance products to individual and corporate customers.
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market outreach.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate POSPs (Point of Sales Persons) and insurance agents.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with POSPs, agents, and channel partners.
- Understand customer insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
