About this Role





We are seeking an experienced accounting qualified to provide strategic guidance on IFRS and local GAAP policies, support complex accounting judgements, and drive governance across markets. This role sits within a central Accounting Competence Centre and contributes directly to ensuring consistent, compliant and high‑quality financial reporting across the organisation. The individual will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, engage with auditors, influence large-scale transformation initiatives, and support a globally aligned approach to accounting principles.

Deliver strategic accounting judgement and advisory across Vodafone Group and in‑scope markets, ensuring alignment with IFRS and local GAAP policies.Support the design and operation of a central framework governing accounting decisions, including maintaining an audit‑ready repository for accounting memos and document
