Role Summary

supporting the Advanced Material Division in a plant-based workplace.

HR/IR leadership role focused on employee relations, compliance, and people process execution aligned to business needs.

Partner with plant leadership and internal stakeholders to provide effective HR support, timely issue resolution, and a stable employee relations climate.

Support performance management and related people processes to strengthen workforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with plant leadership and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide HR/IR support.

Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, issue resolution, and escalation follow-through.

Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, labour laws, and internal HR policies.
