- Executing and managing projects: Play a key role in executing forecasting and analytics delivery and consulting projects by leveraging robust techno-functional forecasting skills: developing trend, epi/patient based forecasts leveraging wide variety of standard datasets, effective analytics and insights, crafting compelling stories and narratives
- Leading a team of SMEs: Functionally leading the team of senior managers and managers to incorporate industry leading best practices into forecasting services and solutions as well working with them to enable data driven and actionable insights for achieving strategic and tactical goals of our customers
- Managing account/stakeholders: Actively engage with stakeholders to manage standard and complex projects by leveraging subject matter expertise and effective client relationships. Pro-actively drive discussions on key projects, initiatives and help in co-creating and validating assumptions and forecasts to drive informed decisions
- Integrating primary and secondary intelligence: Discover,



define and develop robust data based granular assumptions for accurately modelling the market, treatment, competitor and product dynamics as well quantifying risks and opportunities to aid key business decisions
- Productization of processes and services: Drive creation of modules and frameworks to simplify and automate processes with the help of state of the art tools and technologies to ensure standardization, reusability and scalability; focus on developing quality checklists etc.
- Scaling up forecasting capabilities Demonstrate thought partnership and play a key role in building the future vision for forecasting CoE, expanding our footprint across, support leadership in building future talent and enabling cutting-edge solutions
