Work Schedule
This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to second shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. IST time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES
ENTERPRISE DELIVERY & EXECUTION GOVERNANCE
- Establish and lead enterprise delivery governance across the Technology organization, ensuring strategic initiatives, products, platforms, and transformation programs execute against committed business outcomes, financial expectations, timelines, and delivery objectives.
- Establish executive visibility and accountability for delivery performance, including major commitments, milestones, dependencies, risks, capacity constraints, and systemic barrier
