he Soft Services Executive supports the delivery and coordination of non-technical facility management services including cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management, security coordination, catering support, and other amenity services within an integrated facility management workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery Coordination Coordinate daily soft services operations across assigned facilities ensuring consistent service quality. Monitor housekeeping standards, cleanliness levels,



and washroom hygiene throughout the premises. Oversee waste segregation and disposal processes ensuring compliance with environmental guidelines. Coordinate with landscaping teams for grounds maintenance and outdoor area upkeep.
Quality Assurance & Inspections Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of soft services areas using established checklists. Document findings through photographs and reports in CAFM systems. Address service gaps immediately and escalate recurring issues to supervisors. Ensure service delivery meets contractual SLA requirements and client expectations.
Vendor & Team Coordination Liaise with soft services subcontractors and vendors ensuring proper resource deployment. Coordinate with cleaning supervisors, security agencies, pest control vendors, and waste management contractors. Monitor attendance and performance of soft services staff. Ensure proper uniform standards a
