Regional Head – OEM Sales will be responsible to lead and grow the OEM business across the assigned region along with developing the regional OEM business, acquiring and managing strategic OEM accounts, driving revenue and profitability, strengthening customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Business Development
- Own the OEM sales strategy and business growthfor the assigned region.
- Drive revenue, volume, profitability and market share across the OEM segment.
- Identify and develop new OEM accounts and business opportunities.
- Build a strong regional sales pipeline and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, customer segments and applications for company's products.
- OEM & Key Account Management
- Develop robust relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, furniture companies, modular furniture players, interior solution providers and large institutional customers.
- Manage strategic accounts and drive long-term business partnerships.
- Understand customer requirements and work with internal teams to develop appropriate product and commercial solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, annual business discussions and account development plans.
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement, retention and business continuity.
3. Market & Competition Intelligence
- Track regional market trends, competitor activity, pricing, product developments and customer requirements.
- Develop insights on OEM industry dynamics and identify opportunities for company.
