Position Title: Service Executive/Service Engineer - Audits

Position Objectives: The position will be responsible for Managing Claim Tyre Audits and Scraping for All India, Tyre Standards & Regulation (BIS, AIS -142, BEE Star Marking)

Key Responsibilities:

Manages BIS Applications, follow ups with BIS and testing agencies like ICAT, IRMRA etc.

Coordinate with plant and test agencies. BIS for new size inclusion.

Process BIS licence renewal for domestic and foreign plants.

Manges application, data base for BEE Star Marking programme for Tyres

Responsible for timely claim tyre audits and scraping at central Scrap WHs

Annalise for claim billed vs claim audited for each C&F; and Zone.

To do incoming claim tyre defect analysis (Quality Issue)





Identify and report adjustments not confirming the YIN Policy.

Training to service engineers based on Audit findings

Candidate Profile

Education: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Production)

Industry experience: Should have worked in the tire industry in the PCR segment, 5 years+

Must have working knowledge of various tyre related standards and regulations like BIS, IS: 15633, IS : 15636, AIS-142, AIS-37, BEE Star Marking Etc.

Experience in Tire Customer Service/ Claim tyre management

Has experienced in managing Incoming claim tyre data analysis.

Robust logical thinking capabilities, communication Skills and analytical skills.

Proficient on MS office/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Emails.
