Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the digital marketing ecosystem.




- Drive market expansion and strengthen business presence across Thailand and Indonesia.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.

Sales Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing ad sales team.
- Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and drive team productivity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage potential clients, including brands, agencies, app-based companies, startups, and enterprises.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client business goals and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term client retention.
