Introduction:
GlobalFoundries is seeking a motivated, self-driven engineer to join the RFSOI MOSFET Compact Modeling team in Bangalore. The team is responsible for developing industry-leading compact (SPICE) models for bulk and SOI MOSFET technologies that form a critical component of Process Design Kits (PDKs) used by customers worldwide to design RF semiconductor products and systems.



This role offers an chance to work at the intersection of semiconductor device physics, modeling, characterization, and advanced RF technology development. The successful candidate will contribute to compact model extraction, validation, and enhancement for cutting-edge RFSOI technologies while collaborating with cross-functional global teams.

Your Job
- Develop, extract, calibrate, and validate compact SPICE models for bulk and SOI MOSFET technologies.
- Support development and maintenance of Process Design Kit (PDK) compact models for customer design enablement.
- Perform analysis and interpretation of semiconductor device characterization data.
- Develop and optimize compact model extraction methodologies and workflows.
- Collaborate with process integration, device engineering, characterization, and design enablement teams.
- Analyze model accuracy, performance, and correlation against silicon measurement data.
