The Technical Support Engineer will help maintain the availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems and network infrastructure.
The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with monitoring, incident resolution, technical documentation, and infrastructure improvement.
You will work across networking technologies including routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VLANs, BGP, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and wireless environments.
The position also provides exposure to enterprise support platforms, monitoring tools, Microsoft technologies, and service management systems.
You will collaborate across teams, participate in technical discussions, and contribute to implementation and troubleshooting initiatives.

The role requires flexibility to work 24×7 rotational shifts,



including nights and weekends.

Accountabilities:
- Monitor installed systems, infrastructure, and network services to maintain high levels of availability, reliability, and performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network and wireless devices, including access points, switches, and related infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and support routing, switching, TCP/IP, PPP, Ethernet, FTP, DHCP, OSPF, VLAN, VTP, BGP, EIGRP, ACL, VoIP, firewall, LAN, and WAN environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot systems and network infrastructure while supporting timely resolution of technical incidents.
- Manage IP addressing and resolve support tickets within established service-level agreements.
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS-related issues.
- Provide technical support for wireless technologies, including 4G/5G LTE networks.
