Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Data Migration Manager to lead a team within our Data Services organization. This role is responsible for the people leadership, delivery oversight, and client-facing communication needed to ensure that customer data migrations from competitor and legacy systems into Applied Systems SaaS products are executed seamlessly, on time, and with a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Summary
As a people leader within Data Services, the Manager owns the team's delivery outcomes end to end — from understanding what each customer expects and why, to translating those expectations into the technical work the team needs to complete, to confirming the outcome meets the customer's requirements. The Manager oversees a team of Data Migration Engineers, coaching and guiding their day-to-day work, while personally attending customer meetings during US hours to represent Data Services, answer questions in real time,



and build trust with the customer directly.
This role works closely with a US-based Relationship Manager who coordinates with the India-based teams across multiple workstreams. The Data Migration Manager partners with this Relationship Manager on project status, customer sentiment, risk escalation, and resourcing, ensuring the two roles present a unified, well-coordinated front to the customer.
This role operates within a global, Follow the Sun delivery model. To attend customer meetings in US time and to keep migrations moving seamlessly across regions and time zones, this position requires willingness to work a night shift aligned with US business hours.
