ABOUT THE PRODUCT MANAGER ROLE:

WIN is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team in India. You will work at the intersection of AI, operations, data, and customer experience to build scalable, high-impact products across internal and customer-facing platforms. This is not a Scrum Master or delivery coordination role. This role requires a robust product mindset - someone who can identify opportunities before the market does, translate ambiguity into structured systems, and build products that fundamentally change how people work. You will work across AI-powered workflows, inspection operations, data intelligence, and platform thinking to create products that drive real business outcomes and long-term value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Define and drive product strategy for internal and customer-facing platforms
● Identify product opportunities across AI, automation, analytics, and workflow optimization
● Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into structured product solutions
● Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to shape product roadmap

● Build scalable product systems and frameworks instead of one-off feature solutions
● Prioritize initiatives based on impact, adoption, and business outcomes
● Leverage data, user research, and experimentation to deeply understand user behaviour
● Drive execution with clarity and ownership without acting as a project coordinator
● Design AI-first product experiences rather than simply adding AI features
● Focus on long-term product value including adoption, retention, efficiency, and ecosystem growth

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in a product-driven company
● Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture fundamentals
● Familiarity with AI/LLM workflows and their practical applications in products
