What you'll do
· Support Project Managers deliver complex tech change projects to largest Enterprise customers as well as working independently.
· Develop and demonstrate deep domain expertise related to various enterprise environments, use cases products and various offerings.
· Become The TSS Team's Main Subject Matter Expert on Automated User Management.
· Presenting user management solutions/options, pros and cons, limitations
· Providing guidance on best practices for LDAP, LDAPS, MSAD, Azure AD, Azure SCIM and The User Management API "UMAPI.
· Driving/Documenting online discovery sessions with customers to capture their requirements, setting/infrastructure before identifying the appropriate solution and guiding the · Troubleshooting user management issues with The User Management Tool* and the MS Azure Connector to identify and fix issues.
· *Expected knowledge of Python language required.
