Job Responsibilities

The Customer Service Engineer will serve as a technical sales and on-site customer support specialist for TMT rebar and binding wire, leveraging civil engineering knowledge to guide reinforcement best practices, conduct product demonstrations, solve site execution challenges, and build robust relationships with contractors, builders, and site teams. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, technical advisory, and driving sales conversions through field engagement at construction and infrastructure project sites.

Technical Sales & Business Development:
- Engage with contractors, site engineers, builders, and project managers to promote Tata Steel TMT & binding wire solutions
- Provide project-level technical consultation on steel usage, bar bending, lap length, spacing, yield strength, corrosion resistance, and seismic complia
