The Role

The Director, Computational & Data Sciences (CDS),



will lead one or more strategic capability areas within CDS and play a key leadership role in advancing Syngene's vision of becoming a data-driven, AI-enabled scientific organisation. The role is responsible for building scientific and digital capabilities that accelerate drug discovery and development, enhance client value, and drive operational excellence across the R&D; value chain. The incumbent will be responsible for a multidisciplinary team spanning computational sciences, research informatics and data sciences while partnering closely with Discovery, Development, Manufacturing, IT and Commercial functions. The role will have direct client engagement that focuses on scientific rigor and agility in achieving client aims through leveraging computational and data sciences.
