Job Description

The Opportunity
As an Enterprise Resilience Consultant, you will support MassMutual’s ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from events that could disrupt important business services, operations, technology, suppliers, facilities, or employees.



You will contribute to the execution of enterprise resilience activities, including business continuity, operational resilience, disaster recovery coordination, emergency preparedness, crisis response support, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
This role supports the Head of Enterprise Resilience and is based in Hyderabad, India. The position is intended for a developing resilience professional who will support enterprise initiatives under the direction of senior team members, contribute to program execution, maintain high-quality documentation, track actions and risks, prepare stakeholder materials, and help embed resilience practices across the organization.
