Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all financial operations, lead a dynamic finance team, and drive strategic financial planning to support organizational growth. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls,

Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee the daily operations of the Finance Department and ensure accurate, efficient workflow
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes in accordance with established timelines
- Prepare statutory financial statements, management accounts, and comprehensive Profit and Loss reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and organizational financial procedures
- Maintain effective internal controls and segregation of duties across all financial functions
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities on audit and compliance matters
