Job Description
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Lead the review of proposals and study designs, independently resolving complex design and execution issues to ensure field specifications are accurate, practical, and commercially viable.
- Take accountability for pricing, cost assumptions, resource requirements, and delivery timelines, balancing competitiveness with operational feasibility, quality, and profitability.
- Partner directly with analysts, account teams, and vendors to clarify objectives, recommend appropriate study designs, and translate requirements into explicit, executable project plans.
- Make timely,



independent decisions on project priorities, vendors, schedules, costs, and delivery trade-offs, escalating only matters involving significant commercial, client, or operational risk.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects, establishing clear milestones and ensuring risks, dependencies, decisions, and changes are actively managed and communicated.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and influence outcomes, ensuring alignment and removing barriers to successful project delivery.
- Manage multiple priorities across the project, identifying capacity constraints, conflicting requirements, and delivery risks early and agreeing practical solutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead fieldwork coordination and vendor management, holding partners accountable for agreed standards of quality, responsiveness, cost, and timeliness.
