We are looking for a highly driven Senior Manager – Marketing to own and scale the organization's customer acquisition engine end-to-end. This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded marketing skilled who can independently manage significant media budgets, build scalable acquisition systems, and drive measurable growth.
The role will work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams across Product, Creative, Data, and AI. You will be responsible for acquisition strategy and execution, while directly owning key growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, activation, monetization, and retention.
This is not a traditional campaign-management role. The successful candidate will be expected to build a high-velocity, data-driven, automated, and scalable growth engine.

Performance Marketing & Acquisition




- Own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across paid and emerging digital channels.
- Own acquisition, CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, and growth targets.
- Independently manage and allocate ₹2 Cr+ monthly media budgets, with responsibility for scaling spend efficiently.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies across Meta, Google/UAC, YouTube, and emerging performance channels.
- Continuously optimize audiences, creatives, messaging, bidding strategies, placements, and channel mix.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and scale high-performing campaigns.

Growth & Funnel Optimization
- Own the complete growth funnel from acquisition → activation → monetization → retention.
- Analyze customer cohorts, attribution data, behavioural data, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
