We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to help customers successfully move to and get value from Recruiterflow.

You will coordinate data migrations, customer implementations, and enterprise pilots by working closely with customers and our Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams. You will understand customer requirements, translate them into transparent execution plans, track dependencies, validate outcomes, and ensure projects move forward without gaps.

This role is well suited to someone early in their career who is analytical, resourceful, comfortable working with data and technology, and able to communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams.



You should be willing to investigate problems, find practical solutions, and take responsibility for delivering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Data Migration

Coordinate the end-to-end migration of customer data from legacy CRMs and other systems into Recruiterflow.

Work with customers to understand their existing data structure, workflows, field mappings, and migration requirements.

Translate customer requirements into clear documentation and actionable inputs for the Engineering team.

Review source data, identify inconsistencies or gaps, and work with customers to resolve them before migration.

Validate migrated data for completeness, accuracy, relationships, and usability.
