Job Description

Role: Plant HR Executive

CTC: 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA

Working Days: Mon - Sat (9am - 6pm)
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Onsite Plant HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities at the factory and shop floor. The role will involve regular interaction with employees,



supervisors, and management to ensure smooth workforce operations, attendance, payroll, hiring, employee relations, statutory compliance, safety, and engagement.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on the shop floor, handling employee queries, coordinating with multiple teams, and resolving day-to-day HR issues quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attendance, Leave & Workforce Management
- Monitor daily attendance, shift timings, breaks, and leave records.
- Track absenteeism, late coming, and unauthorized leave.
- Coordinate with supervisors for shift and manpower requirements.
- Ensure attendance and HR policies are followed across all shifts.

2. Recruitment & Hiring
- Coordinate hiring for shop-floor and factory positions.
- Manage walk-in interviews and urgent manpower requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
