Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Manager to join our Global Technology Organization’s Business Value Management team. The Business Value Management team provides support across all IT business functions, including Portfolio Governance, IT Business Office, and Vendor Management office. The role is a key financial resource for our newly created global capability center.



The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IT financials, excellent communication skills, and critical thinking skills. This role requires close collaboration with onshore teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of technical solutions. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, during US Pacific Time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Track and report portfolio-wise headcount across towers, ensuring alignment with budget and workforce plans
- Develop and monitor productivity, efficiency, and utilization metrics to drive operational excellence within MTIC
- Provide insights on capacity, throughput, and resource allocation to optimize business performance
- Partner with functional leaders to identify and implement cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
- Establish standardized reporting dashboards for leadership visibility into MTIC operation
