Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in HR. The selected candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
