Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Electrical or Mechatronics
Role Type: Individual Contributor (Need to handle Shift responsibilities)
Reports: DGM Maintenance & EHS
Job Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad (30KM from Ahmedabad on Rajkot Road)
Purpose of the role:
Ensure optimal availability, reliability, and efficiency of manufacturing assets, factory utilities, and environmental systems by implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Planned maintenance activities (MM/CBM/TBM) on machines to improve MTBF & unplanned corrective maintenance (UCM) through CMMS.
- Maintain records of machine breakdowns and perform breakdown analysis and prepare action plan to take corrective & preventive actions.
- Plan and execute improvement activities/Kaizens to improve MTBF, reduce MTTR.
