About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented legal professional to join our Legal team. The role involves end-to-end legal support across contract management, regulatory tracking, product advisory, legal research, policy drafting, and stakeholder coordination.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing legal assignments while partnering closely with business, product, technology, and compliance teams to enable compliant and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Business Advisory
- Conduct legal feasibility assessments for current products, services, and business initiatives
- Provide detailed legal analysis and actionable recommendations for product launches
- Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to review features, workflows, and legal implications during development stages
Regulatory Monitoring & Implementation
- Track regulatory developments and legal updates applicable to the organization
- Assess impact of regulatory changes and proactively update relevant internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes across business functions
