Summary:

The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing international and national exhibitions, trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and overseas trade promotion events to strengthen India’s visibility in the global manmade and technical textiles markets. The incumbent will serve as a key liaison with international exhibition organizers, embassies, trade missions, and overseas partners, while ensuring seamless coordination with member exporters, industry associations, and government agencies. This position is critical in driving strategic trade promotion initiatives, developing impactful marketing campaigns, and delivering measurable outcomes through data-driven post-event analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing India’s export competitiveness and global market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute international and national exhibitions, trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and overseas trade promotion events.
- Liaise with international exhibition organizers, embassies, trade missions,



and overseas partners to facilitate participation and collaboration.
- Coordinate with member exporters for their involvement in global trade events and official delegations.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to elevate India’s profile in global manmade and technical textiles markets.
- Prepare event proposals, detailed budgets, and performance reports; submit to relevant government authorities.
- Conduct post-event analysis and generate comprehensive reports to assess impact and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with industry associations, trade bodies, and government agencies at national and international levels.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, communication materials, and digital promotion campaigns for trade events.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
