Role Overview
Independently manage price implementation and order processing activities for assigned customers, while providing support and guidance to junior team members when needed. Take ownership of accurate and timely price updates in SAP, thorough order validation, and proper documentation within the ServiceNow. Mid-level specialist maintains a high standard of accuracy and compliance, proactively identifies discrepancies, and collaborates effectively across functions to resolve issues and improve operational workflows. The role also involves contributing to process enhancements and supporting cross-functional initiatives that strengthen overall OTC efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Price Implementation & Order Processing
- Independently execute end to end activities related to price implementation and order handling, including:
- downloading and handling contracts on clients' online portals (B2B and others)
- validating customer orders to ensure full alignment with the approved pricing database and commercial offers




- implementing and changing client prices in the SAP system in close coordination with the sales department
- creating and modifying documents in the SAP system, ServiceNow
- ensuring full adherence to internal Versigent procedures, governance rules, and operational standards,
- independently prepare, analyze, and maintain regular and ad hoc reports by consolidating data from SAP, ServiceNow, and customer portals; identify trends and discrepancies, present insights to stakeholders, and support decision making with explicit, data driven summaries.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all pricing activities, order entries, and system updates..
- Ensure compliance with Versigent’s internal procedures, data governance rules, and quality standards, proactively raising inconsistencies or risks.
