About the Function

About the role
As a Level 5 Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Customer Operations Transformation agenda through data-driven insights, performance analytics, and reporting excellence across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance,



and Order-to-Cash teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that enable strategic decision-making, improve operational performance, and enhance customer experience.

You will lead the development of performance measurement frameworks, standardized KPIs, and self-service reporting capabilities while driving continuous improvement through deep analytical insights and root-cause analysis.

You will be responsible for:
- Extract, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Cash Cube, DORA, and other business applications.
- Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement across the Order-to-Cash, Supply and Commercial processes.
- Convert complex data into explicit, actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
