At Regeneron, we are seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics - Immunology to join our Commercial Insights & Analytics organization. Reporting directly to the Director, Commercial I&A;, this role will lead the India-based Immunology I&A; team and serve as a strategic partner to global stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive analytics, insights generation, business performance evaluation, and decision support activities across the Immunology Commercial Business Unit.
This position offers the chance to influence commercial strategy through data-driven insights, lead high-performing teams,



and collaborate with cross-functional partners across global markets to enhance business performance and patient impact.

- Lead the India-based Commercial I&A; Immunology team and develop a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Drive innovation, standard processes, and collaboration as part of the Global Capabilities Center (GCC) I&A; leadership team.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Global, U.S., and International Immunology leadership teams.
- Actively participate in the Commercial Immunology I&A; Steering Committee and oversee committee priorities, actions, and communications.
- Partner with advanced analytics teams to demonstrate predictive models, segmentation strategies, and targeting approaches.
