Job Description

Responsibilities:

5. Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions while ensuring client satisfaction.

Attend networking events and engage in promotional activities to expand the client base.

8. Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's overall success.

9. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing activities, progress, and challenges.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or a similar role.

2. Robust understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
