Job Overview




The Assistant Manager of HR Statutory Compliance is responsible for safeguarding the organization against legal and operational risks by ensuring 100% adherence to all local, state, and national labor laws. This role manages end-to-end statutory compliances, oversees external vendor audits, liaises with government authorities, and ensures that the company's HR policies evolve alongside changing employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Statutory & Legal Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to all applicable labor laws, including but not limited to PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, and the Maternity Benefit Act.
- Manage the application, renewal, and amendment of necessary trade licenses and statutory registrations across all business units, branches, and warehouses.
