Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance

Framework Implementation: Lead the implementation and ongoing adherence to Lyra’s global clinical governance framework and quality standards within the Indian context.

Policy Development: Develop, review,



and update local clinical policies and protocols to ensure full compliance with Indian mental health regulations (e.g., Mental Healthcare Act 2017), ethical guidelines, and best practices.

Quality Oversight: Design and oversee robust quality assurance activities, including systematic clinical audits, in-depth case reviews, and continuous outcome monitoring (CORE-10/Work Impact).

Incident Management: Lead investigations into serious clinical incidents and formal complaints, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions and systemic learning.

Senior Escalation: Act as the final clinical escalation point for complex queries, ethical dilemmas, and high-risk situations, providing expert guidance and resolution.

2. Clinical Delivery Oversight & Team Management
