Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate
and working closely with operations and finance team to understand revenue and
cost components
• Build
understanding around organization products and services
• Analyze
the trends of Key financial performance, especially relating to financial
metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
• Identifying
opportunities around GM improvement
• Tracking
of GM improvement initiatives
• Monitor
financial performance and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
• Ad-hoc
business performance reporting
• Present
the monthly and quarterly profitability reports of various units and
departments
• Support
management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
• Preparing
business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business
decisions
Qualification & Experience:
• CA with
4-5 years of experience into similar role or MBA/Graduate in fiancé and
experience of 8-10 years in similar role
Skills required:
• Excellent

• Solid
analytical skills
• Excellent
at cross functional team working
• High on
Stake holder management
• Driven
by numbers and process orientation is of high importance
