Impact In This Role

The Facilities Operations Manager is a key contributor to building a safe, functional, and well-run workplace within the GCC — overseeing and executing programs across facility maintenance, vendor management, and workplace safety compliance. The role also assists with day-to-day office operations, helping with space planning, employee workplace requests, and general operations tasks. You will connect day-to-day facility workflows with longer-term operational priorities, contributing to a well-run and people-centered GCC.

What You’ll Be Doing

Areas of Responsibility:
- Workplace Operations: Own end-to-end daily office operations including housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, and security. Lead seating allocation strategy, office moves, and overall upkeep of the Bengaluru GCC facility through proactive inspections, preventive planning, and hands-on vendor management.
