Take ownership of end-to-end bookkeeping and financial reporting activities within a fast-paced, globally oriented environment.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, reporting, controls, budgets, and forecasts across multiple entities.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring financial information is reliable, timely, and compliant with GAAP and applicable tax requirements.
The position combines hands-on accounting operations with process improvement, financial analysis, and risk management.
You’ll work closely with finance leadership and business stakeholders to identify variances, strengthen controls, and support informed decisions.
Success in this role requires solid attention to detail, sound accounting judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Accountabilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely records of daily financial transactions and the general ledger across multiple legal entities.
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting close activities, ensuring financial records are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and key financial and operating metrics.
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies promptly.
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time while taking advantage of applicable discounts.
- Ensure company credit cards, loans, lines of credit, and other debt obligations are paid accurately and within required timelines.
