The main purpose of the job:

The Power Platform Administrator plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the Microsoft Power Platform environment. This includes, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The primary focus is to ensure the Power Platform is used effectively within Landmark, optimising its capabilities to meet business requirements while maintaining security, compliance, and efficiency.

Main tasks of the job (in order of priority):

Oversee and manage the entire Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.

Manage user roles, access controls, and permissions.

Monitor system performance, usage metrics, and service health to ensure compliance and prepare compliance reports.

Implement and enforce data governance, security policies, and compliance that align to Landmarks policies.





Coordinate with IT Security to ensure proper data protection and cybersecurity measures.

Manage data loss prevention and data privacy settings and ensure adherence to data protection policies.

Lead the development of new features and updates across the Power Platform ensuring innovations to optimise platform usage.

Assist the Service Transformation team with technical support and troubleshoot issues within the Power Platform workplace.

Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.

Create and maintain documentation on configurations, procedures, and best practices.
