The role:
As a PC Line Operator FTC, you will help drive our goals by:
- Always adheres to safety standards
- Identifies opportunities to improve safety
- To carry out standard operations effectively in a safe manner to a high-quality standard. E.g. loading / unloading, inspecting and packing.
- Checks quality of work according to JM and customer specifications.
- Accountable for following standard processes to complete tasks.
- Escalates issues to ensure a timely resolution.
- Identifies and escalates opportunities for improvement.
- Supports CAPS implementation, as part of this using lean tools such a problem solving and 5S.




- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and the implementation of best practice principles, to enhance performance and operations.
- Supports in the training of other Operators.
- Operate equipment and machinery in a manner that minimizes energy consumption without compromising productivity and quality.
- Actively participate in energy conservation projects or Kaizen activities.
- Focuses on daily assignments.
- Works within relevant operational area, with exposure to other manufacturing areas.
- Working on both PC & MPC Line as needed

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Works in accordance with procedures and rules
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in computer usage.
- Worked at least 2 Year on Temp role in JM or 1 Year JM role or ITI- 4 Years in Mechanical/Automobile/Chemical
- Knowledge of PC/MPC Coating Process
