Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies.
2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their needs.
3. Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote hospital services and build brand awareness.
4. Develop and manage marketing budgets.
Build Relationships
1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, etc.) to promote hospital services.
2. Build relationships with the community to increase awareness and trust in the hospital.
3. Represent the hospital at industry events and conferences.
Other Responsibilities
1.
Manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing.
3. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, public relations, patient experience) to achieve shared goals.
