Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Executive to drive business expansion across global markets. The role involves identifying current international business opportunities, developing overseas markets, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in international B2B sales, export business development, and customer relationship management, preferably in the chemicals or industrial manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing international customers and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer segments, and competitive opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing in coordination with internal teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close international sales deals.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, documentation, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and shipment.
- Maintain regular communication with overseas clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and provide prompt post-sales support.
